Student Code of Conduct – Motorcycle
To be able to provide the best possible instruction and use of the lesson time, class and on bike, the full attention of the student is required.
The student:
- Promises to show up on time for all lessons and ready to ride
- Understands the seriousness and dangers of driving a motorcycle and navigating roadways
- Is responsible for their own riding gear which includes Helmet, Jacket, Gloves and Boots
- Will act in a mature and safe manner
- Will maintain a mature and respectful attitude at all times
- Will listen and follow all directions of the instructional staff
- Will practice the skills learned
Upon graduation you promise to:
- Adhere to the Graduated License protocols as prescribed by Access NS
- Driving during daylight hours only
- No passengers
- Zero (0) tolerance for alcohol

To be able to provide the best possible instruction and use of the lesson time, class and on bike, the full attention of the student is required.
The student:
- Promises to show up on time for all lessons and ready to drive
- Understands that they must be in possession of a valid drivers license in order to drive and that it must be on them whenever they are behind the wheel
- Will act in a mature and safe manner
- Will maintain a mature and respectful attitude at all times
- Will listen and follow all directions of the instructional staff
- Will practice the skills learned
Upon graduation you promise to:
- Adhere to the Graduated License protocols as prescribed by Access NS
- No driving during prohibited times without an exemption (12 am – 5 am)**
- Only one passenger in the front seat
- Only one passenger per seatbelt, limited to the number of seatbelts, in the rear of he vehicle.
- Only drive Class 5 vehicles (or lower class of vehicles)
- Zero (0) tolerance for alcohol
