Driver Education Cancellation Policies

DOES NOT INCLUDE MOTORCYLE TRAINING – SEE MOTORCYCLE COURSE POLICY BELOW

We are committed to offering the courses as advertised; however, we retain the right to change class dates due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor illness, insufficient number of students, directives from the province (ex: Covid-19), etc.

You are eligible to receive a full refund if cancellation notice is given at least 7 full working days prior to the course start date.

We are unable to refund fees if cancellation notice is given in less than 7 days prior to the course start date as we incur costs to prepare and host courses.

If a student misses a class due to illness, work, etc , it must be made up during a future course for that particular day missed (i.e. day 1) at no additional charge. Do note that a future course may not be available in your geographic locale and may require the participant to travel to attend this make-up class. Any expenses incurred to facilitate this are at the incumbents expense.  

​Driving sessions that are scheduled and not cancelled or attended for any reason including sickness/illness with 48 hours notice will incur a $60.00 administrative fee charge to cover the instructors time.

No refunds will be given after 6 months into the Drivers Education course.

Participants choosing to partake in the online theory portion of the classroom session who wish to switch from online theory to classroom based in person attendance will incur an additional charge of $100.

Online Defensive Driving Policies

The online course is self paced and is deigned to be completed in a few hours. Should the participant exceed 90 days to complete the program and additional fee of $100 will charged for every extra 30 day extension.

Once the link is email for the Online Defensive Driving course a person has 30 days to complete.

Additional fees of $40 will be levied in order to get certificate should you exceed the 30 days.

Motorcycle Training Program Cancellation Policies

As with the Driver Education policies, we are committed to offering the courses as advertised; however, we retain the right to change class dates due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor illness, insufficient number of students, directives from the province (ex: Covid-19), etc.

While we do understand that life happens as well, due to the nature and limited availability of seats on the motorcycle training program, the following policies apply:

No refunds will be issued after registration has taken place. Please make sure you can attend the course dates selected before registering.

Failure to attend will result in forfeiture of the registration fees

Withdrawal will result in forfeiture of the fees

Removal from the program due to unsafe acts will result in forfeitures of the fees.

Replacement Certificates

For all courses, and in all cases, replacement certificates will incur a fee of $50.
